1. साइट का उद्देश्य
Pure Structure एक informational website है जो पुरुषों की अंतरंग सेहत और lifestyle factors पर सामान्य सामग्री प्रकाशित करती है। यह clinic, pharmacy, doctor directory, telemedicine service, diagnostic tool या product storefront नहीं है।
साइट का उपयोग केवल lawful, personal और informational purposes के लिए किया जाना चाहिए।
2. स्वास्थ्य सामग्री की सीमा
लेख general education हैं। वे doctor-patient relationship नहीं बनाते, diagnosis नहीं करते, prescription नहीं देते और किसी उपचार की guarantee नहीं करते। User को अपने symptoms, medications, medical history और risk factors के लिए qualified health professional से सलाह लेनी चाहिए।
Emergency स्थिति में website या contact form पर निर्भर न रहें। अपने क्षेत्र की emergency medical service या निकटतम emergency facility से संपर्क करें।
3. स्वीकार्य उपयोग
आप site को ऐसे तरीके से उपयोग नहीं करेंगे जो server, forms या अन्य users की access को disrupt करे; automated abuse, malicious payload, spam, scraping load, credential attacks या security bypass का प्रयास न करें। सामान्य browser access, indexing by standard search engines और व्यक्तिगत reference उपयोग स्वीकार्य हैं।
Contact form में unlawful content, threats, malware, deceptive identity data या sensitive personal records भेजना prohibited है।
4. सामग्री और संपादकीय परिवर्तन
Health information समय के साथ बदल सकती है। Site reasonable editorial care का लक्ष्य रखती है, पर यह हर statement की completeness या suitability for every individual की guarantee नहीं देती। Content बिना prior notice update, correct या remove किया जा सकता है।
कोई fake review, award, medical expert endorsement या clinical result इस build में प्रस्तुत नहीं किया गया है। यदि future में किसी named source या expert material का उपयोग हो, तो उसे वास्तविक और सत्यापित होना चाहिए।
5. Contact form और ईमेल
Contact form name, email, subject और message को configured email address तक भेजने का प्रयास करता है। Delivery PHP mail/hosting setup पर निर्भर है; website हर message की delivery या response time guarantee नहीं करती। Health emergency या urgent medical question के लिए form उपयुक्त channel नहीं है।
6. Affiliate business model की वर्तमान स्थिति
Project का declared business model affiliate है, लेकिन इस current version में कोई external affiliate link, partner button, commercial redirect या purchase CTA नहीं है। User को किसी external merchant पर भेजने वाला monetized path मौजूद नहीं है।
Future में affiliate functionality जोड़ी जाए तो disclosure, privacy, link labeling और actual user flow को पहले update किया जाना चाहिए। Current terms किसी unimplemented monetization flow को pretend नहीं करतीं।
7. Website availability
Site को reliable रखने का प्रयास किया जाता है, लेकिन hosting outages, maintenance, network failures, browser differences या configuration errors हो सकते हैं। Uninterrupted access guarantee नहीं है।
8. दायित्व की सीमा
कानून द्वारा अनुमति की सीमा तक, website informational content पर आधारित व्यक्तिगत medical, financial या अन्य high-stakes decision के परिणाम की responsibility स्वीकार नहीं करती। यह clause उन rights को exclude नहीं करता जिन्हें लागू कानून के तहत exclude नहीं किया जा सकता।
User को content को context में पढ़ना चाहिए और health decisions के लिए professional evaluation का उपयोग करना चाहिए।
9. कानून, बदलाव और संपर्क
यह website India-focused है। Applicable law operator की actual legal status, user location और dispute context पर निर्भर हो सकता है। कोई company registration या tax identity provide नहीं की गई, इसलिए terms ऐसा दावा नहीं करतीं।
